A mature six acre estate type lake set in the Bedfordshire countryside close to the River Ouse and a nature reserve, located on the Wyboston Lakes complex close to the A1 and A428 junctions near St. Neots (postcode region MK44 3AL). The lake itself has 3 islands, many gravel bars, lily pads and excellent bank side cover. About 6-8 feet deep on average, the lake does have a deep, secluded bay with 1 good swim commanding the area. The shallow end boasts 3 swims, and lily pads - a good stalking area. There are 14 top-quality swims in total.

Brogborough Pit and Lagoon are situated just off the A421 between Marston Mortaine and the M1. Brogborough is the largest of the AAC waters at approximately 240 acres. There is secure parking in several car parks via locked gates. Over the years the tracks have been hard-cored to improve access, so many of the swims can be driven close to while leaving other swims much less accessible for the harder working anglers.

Tiddenfoot is situated on the outskirts of Leighton Buzzard. The land is owned by South Bedfordshire District Council and forms part of the Tiddenfoot Park. The lake is a flooded sand/gravel quarry. It is well established with good weed growth and a very rich food supply. Depths are variable, with the shallow side of a few feet to 20 feet in the deeper areas. The lake is well stocked with many species of fish.
